Vondo's Club coach, Naomi du Pont took the girls through their paces during the coaching day and said she was pleased with the level of Rugby the girls displayed. &quot; We have tough opposition from clubs such as the Elephants, Scorpions and the Wolves, so it's important the girls train hard if they want to be the best&quot; said du Pont.<br />

The Rugby union executive decided that the only way we could develop local club 7's Rugby was to hold a tournament wherebye only clubs from within the Swaziland could compete against each other and we would then have a truely 'Swazi' champion club. Eight clubs have confirmed their participation. The other exciting part of the club 7's tournament is that it will be held at the Mavuso Sports Centre the new home of Swaziland Rugby. We could not ask for a better venue for the first club Rugby 7's tournament&quot; said Nkambule. The date for the Swazi Club 7's will be Saturday September 18th.
