The coaches held coaching sessions for players of all ages, ending the day with a tag rugby tournament.

Maqhawe Hlongwane on the attack for the U/19'sMaqhawe Hlongwane on the attack for the U/19'sThursday saw the Swaziland Rugby Union's U/19's Squad take on visiting team St Josephs College from Ipswich in the UK.  This was the first game for the newly formed U/19's Elite Squad and it was to be a true baptism of fire for the Swazi's.  St Joseph's College who are touring Southern Africa arrived in the country on Wednesday after playing in Middelburg seemed confident and ready for action.
