The first Club Tag Rugby Tournament will take place on Saturday August 28th at the University of Swaziland Luyengo Campus. Rugby Union Vice President Sibusiso Nkambule made the announcement at the Rugby Union's offices yesterday. "We want to encourage adults to play the game of Rugby and by using Tag Rugby we can introduce players to the game who are not ready for full contact. The interest has been amazing and ten clubs have confirmed their participation in the tournament" said Nkambule.

Try time at Bhunya PrimaryThe Wolves Rugby club from Bhunya held a contact Rugby session for two schools playing in the Attie Lombard Rugby Tournament.  Bhunya Primary and Osuthu Methodist Primary hosted the Rugby Union development coaches on Monday.  Bhunya Primary held their contact session at the Bhunya Sports Stadium whilst Osuthu held their sesion at the Osuthu High School sports ground.

Sibovu Primary players going through the tackle drillThe Scorpions Rugby Club in the the town of Nhlangano held a contact coachig session for the twp schools in the area who are looking to go to the UK in September and participate in the Caldy's Touraid Rugby tournament.  The two schools who took part in the contact coaching day were Sibovu Nazarene and Mabamba Primary.

Ekutsimuleni boys going through the tackle drillsThe Elephants Rugby Club held a contact coaching session for U/12's players from Lutfotja and Ekutsimuleni Primary schools at the Lamawandla High Schools ground.  The session is part of the Elephants Rugby Club preparations for the up and coming Rugby tournament to select a school to represent Swaziland in the Caldy Touraid Rugby Tournament to be played in the UK during September.

Players at the Kudu's Rugby club Tag Rugby DayThe Kudu's Rugby Club held a Tag Rugby Coaching Day at the Nokwane Primary sports ground in the Lowveld.  The coaching session was for schools in the Mhlume area who are afilliated to the Kudu's Rugby Club.

Mhlume High on the attackThe Kudu's Rugby Club held a Inter High Schools Rugby Tournament last week at the Mhlume open sports ground.  Kudu's President and SRU Vice President, Sibusiso Nkambule welcomed the three schools and wished them luck in the tournament.

Lutfotja girls on the attack against EkutsimeleniThe Elephants Rugby Club from Luve held a Inter Schools Rugby Day on Saturday at the Emcozini Sports Ground.  The tournament featured both boys and girls at U/16's, U/14's and U/12's level.  Elephants Rugby Club Chairman, Moscow Dlamini and the Elephants Rugby Club committee were at the tournament to cheer on the participating schools.

Mabamba on the attack against Ngwane CentralThe Scorpions Rugby Club held their Inter Schools Rugby Tournament on Saturday at the SOS Childrens Viilage in Nhlangano.  Scorpions Club Chairman, Thulani Nkomo welcomed the teams and thanked them for taking part in the tournament.

Bhunya Secondary on the attackThe Wolves Rugby Club held their Inter High Schools Rugby Tournament yesterday at the Bhunya Sports Ground in Bhunya.  The three schools participating in the tournament were. Bhunya High, Osuthu Methodist High and Bhunya Secondary. 

A Mahlanya player on the break during the final against St Andrew'sThe Vondo's Rugby Club situated in Malkerns held their U/12's Inter Schools Tag Rugby Tournament on Thursday at the Princess Pholile Sports Ground.  The five schools participating in the tournament were, Mahlanya, Khalangile, St Andrews, Mangwayane and Mphetseni Primary's.
