Having sat with the selection committee and heard all their arguments for and against selection of individual players we are satified we have the best squad possible. Selection is never easy, but I must thank everyone involved in the selection process which began four months ago. We started out with forty eight players at the first National Training Session held at the Swaziland University Sports Ground in Kwaluseni. After each session the selection committee have held meetings to select players who will be invited to the next training session. Should a player not be selected, the reason behind his non selection has been explained to each individual player in private. I must applaud the professionalism of the selection team and how they have handled the whole selection process" said Collinson.
